Pepino’s Spaghetti House pays homage to the Italian immigrant roots that shaped early 20th-century cuisine and to Vancouver’s Little Italy. **The House that Spaghetti Built** invites you to linger over timeless Italian dishes and feel the neighborhood’s warm heritage in every bite. Reservations are welcome from 5 pm to 10 pm daily. Please note we cannot accommodate outside food in the restaurant, including birthday cakes. We look forward to breaking bread with you!
